Just start saying "evolution" and add the "tra" sound after the "U" and you've got it. The actual meaning is too much to get into here but I'll be happy to let you in on the secret in person!

Here's a hint though. "Lutra" is Latin for "otter" and I cannot think of a better way to display how being energetic, inquisitive, and remembering have some fun is a recipe for success when your team is experiencing the real pain of being "stuck in the mud".
